Return Policy
At Our Trendy Merch, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into crafting every order. Because our items are custom-designed specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons beyond our control. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly address any issues that arise due to production or shipping errors.
If your item arrives damaged, the printing is not aligned as intended, or you have received the wrong item please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide:
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and any damage or misprinting
We will review your claim promptly and offer a replacement if the issue meets our criteria. Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for errors in the design submitted by the customer or changes requested after production begins.

Please note that your returns will be sent to the following address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas, 75019 If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Nor do we accept returns should you change your mind or feel you suddenly no not like the item. If there is no visible damage to the item or misprinted item, we cannot accept the return
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
